I was born February 22, 1732. In Westmoreland county, Virginia My actual date of birth was found in a letter written by Tobias Lear. I joined the Virginia militia. That’s were I delivered messages to the French. I married Martha Custis. She had already two children. I was elected into the House of Burgesses. In 1775 I was asked to be in the commander and chief of the continental army by John Adams. Because of my leadership I led America to the victory! In 1776 my army declared independence. After the wars I was elected to be the first president the United States of America. I believe I was a hero. I lead the country and continued to lead it. I was brave and determine, I accomplished much.

I was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on January the first, 1752. After I finished schooling at a Quaker public school, my father apprenticed me to an upholsterer named William Webster. During this job, I fell in love with john Ross, son of an assistant rector Aeneas. We got married in 1773 when I was 21; we got married at huggs tavern Gloucester, New Jersey. I was separated from my family and we owned our own business and joined a church. I and my husband became financially stressed by the outbreak of the revolutionary war.
My husband john joined the Pennsylvania militia and was killed in January 1776 when ammunition in a storehouse he was guarding exploded.
After my first husband’s death, I joined “fighting Quakers” which unlike traditional Quakers supported the war effort. Then in 1777 I married sea captain Joseph Ashburn at old Swedes church in Philadelphia. The British soldiers controlled the city in 1777. Following the battle of Germantown, I nursed both American and British. I was best remembered, however, as a flag maker in the revolution. I had 7 children with my second husband Joseph Ashburn, and 5 lived. I had no children with john Ross. In 1833 I was completely blind. I spent the last 3 years of my life living with my daughter Jane’s family on Cherry Street in Philadelphia.

I was born on June 4, 1738 in London England. My mother was Augusta of Saxe- Gotha, and my father was Crown- Prince Frederick. In September 8, 1761 I married one Charlotte of Mecklenburg- Strelitz and had fifteen children. On September 22, 1761 I became king of England. I had large debts to pay after the French and Indian War, so I tried to get the money out of the colonies. The colonists objected to my taxes, and I became outraged. After the Americans won the war I became known as “the king who lost America.”
Unfortunately, four years after I was married, I inherited a disease called porphyry. I was known as “mad” and insane. I died at Windsor Castle on January 29, 1820. I could be described as stubborn about taxes, a villain to America, and a determined leader. I do not think I was a hero to my nation. My leadership lost the American Revolution and the colonies. I disappointed many people in England and am not well liked in America.

I was born on January 1, 1752 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I was the eighth child of 17 kids. My great Aunt Sarah Griscom taught me how to sew. I was the one who made the flag. After I finished school my dad apprenticed me to an upholsterer named William Webster. When I was doing this job I fell in love with this guy named John Ross. When I was 21 I got married. These are the three things that were important in my life. Well the first thing was that the American flag in 1777. I was one of the first women to do something important to America. The next important thing was that I got married to John Ross when I was 21. The last thing that was important was that my husband died. When he died I took over his business. The thing that makes me special is the American flag. It was first called “Stars and Stripes”. I was very lucky to do something like this.
I think a hero is someone that helps you on something. They try to be a role model so younger kids can look up to them. I guess you can call me a hero because I changed the flag. I was one of the women who would ever think of something to help the United States. SO WHO AM I???

I was born on January 17, 1706 in Boston Massachusetts. I was an author to begin with and also an inventor. I formed the first fire department in Pennsylvania. I was a delegate for the Second Continental Congress and was appointed to The Committee of Five which was the people that drafted The Declaration of Independence. I secured the French Alliance which the French helped us later in the war. I proofread The Declaration of Independence who was drafted by Thomas Jefferson. Right now in the modern world I’m still remembered on the hundred dollar bill. Three important events that happened in my life were that I became the Sixth President of the Supreme Executive Council of Pennsylvania, I helped look over The Declaration of Independence, and I became an Ambassador to France. People think I’m interesting because I helped invent things that still in use today or things that lead up to modern day like electricity I tried to use it for thing like the lightning rods. People think I’m smart, Intelligent, and one of the founding fathers of America. I think it means to be a hero by saving people from any means like I think I’m a hero by helping people find freedom from Britain. Who am I?

I helped get Independence from the British; I was the head captain of the Revolutionary War. The Continental Congress appointed me commander-in-chief of the American revolutionary forces in 1775. I was born on February 22 1732, the first son of Augustine (LAST NAME) and his second wife, Mary Ball (LAST NAME). I was educated in the home by my father and older brother. While I was young, I worked as a surveyor. I embarked upon a career as a planter and in 1748 was invited to help survey Baron Fairfax’s lands west of the Blue Ridge. I was appointed a district adjutant general in the Virginia militia in 1752, which made him Major (LAST NAME) at the age of 20. In December 1753, I was asked by Governor Robert Dinwiddie of Virginia to carry a British ultimatum to the French on the Ohio frontier.
The Electoral College elected me in 1789, and again in 1792 election. I remained the only president to receive 100% of the electoral votes of all America. The 1st United States Congress voted to pay me a salary of $25,000 a year – a large amount of money in 1789.

I died January 30 1836 at the age of 84 in Philadelphia. A hero means that you have either helped the country or you have done a great amount of good, my person is a hero because she helped the solider by nursing them and helping them stay alive.

I was born on February 22, 1732, in a Virginia colony owned by the British. I served in the military for 7 years. I also fought in the French Indian war with the French not the Indians. I also fought for the Britain before I fought for the Americans. I married at the age of 27. I married a widow named Martha Dandridge Cutis, she was at the age of 27 also as she married me. If it wasn’t for this me we would not have won the war. I led my army to the battle at Yorktown my army surprised general Cornwallis with a surprise attach that led us to the victory of Yorktown. I was a general in the American army during the revolutionary war. I used my smarts and good talent to take out General Cornwallis. I became the first president of the United States. This person was one of our heroes and president of the United States. My teeth are made up of wood; I was the first president of the United States. I also crossed the Delaware River. I fought in the war as a general and practically won the war. I was the first president of the United States. I didn’t live in the white house though. I think a hero is somebody who did something to affect someone’s life. My person was a hero because if it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t have won the war. If it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t have a first president. You can have all the guess in the world, but you wouldn’t guess right.

Who am I?
I was born in Coventry, Conn, June 6, 1775.
I sadly died at 21 years old; I died September 22, 1776,
I was hung by the neck by a king servant.
I was occupied in a job as a martyr solider on the American Revelation, I was under age and signed up to be a soldier, and I felt like a hero! I wanted to save the people of the world and go down in history. I loved my job it full filled my dreams completely! I’m glad I had a chance like that.
Before into the army I was a public school teacher, I loved to teach English it was my favorite subject.
After I quit being a public school teacher I got engaged to a beautiful woman (name UN known)
She supported me into full filling my dreams and be a solider for a period of time.
(When she died is UN known)
I wanted to live for the people not for me, I wanted to save lives and let them live happy.
I’m thankful for getting this opportunity and saving many people.
I had goals in life and I wanted to achieve them, I worked for my goals I pushed myself to strive!!!
I am very determined in everything, and the most of all I wanted to help myself in life and living life happier than ever!!
I think what it means to be a hero is that you help someone, something, the world, even just a little thing and you could be a hero. My person felt like a hero her really did he loved his life and helping people.
He felt like one because he helped people with the simplest things and he felt like a hero, but he felt like a hero to himself for living his 21 years of life happy!!!

I was born on January 1, 1752 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I was the eighth child and I had 16 other siblings. We all lived on 239 Arch Street. When I got older I became an upholsterer and I was also a seamstress. I was important to the American Revolution because I sew the first official American Flag. This flag was named “Stars and Stripes”. My flag was adopted in 1777. I was one of the first women to do something important for America.
One of the first important things that happened to me was that I got married to John Ross in a New Jersey tavern when I was 21.The next thing was that George Washington asked me to make an American Flag. The best thing about that was that it became official and got adopted. Another important thing that happened to me was that my husband died. I took over that business and lived a longer life than he did. I’m an interesting person because I was the first woman to make an official American Flag. Three adjectives people could use to describe me would be: gifted, interesting, and special. I don’t consider myself a hero because I just made a flag but I think I am a role model to woman all over the world because we can be a part of important history. We can all be special. Sadly I later died when I was 84 on January 30, 1836. So who am I? ? ? ? ! ! ! ! !
